With a general election set to take place on 4 July, we are publishing our 6 policy priorities and recommendations for whoever forms the next government.

We are uniquely positioned to shape the practice of industry leaders of the future, share specialist knowledge for thriving, sustainable creative industries and contribute to policymaking that maximises the value of creativity to society.

UAL’s policy priorities cover:

  • Creative education
  • Fashion and Textiles
  • Good work agenda
  • Higher education funding
  • Cost of living and maintenance support
  • Creative Superpower
