Students can access quiet spaces, confidential support and advice at East Bank, as well as medical facilities.

Student Services

Student Services can be found on the 1st floor at East Bank, and offers appointments, information and support in-person, by video call, phone and email. Students can get confidential and free support, find advice on funding, immigration and visas, get health and mental health advice, disability and dyslexia support, or talk with a counsellor or a chaplain.

Multi-Faith Room

The Multi-Faith Room is located on the 10th floor at East Bank and available to students, staff and visitors for quiet reflection, prayer, and meditation. Quiet and Wellbeing Spaces at UAL are designed to support the emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing of our students, staff, and visitors.

Medical Room and showers

Showers with changing spaces and accessible showers are available on campus on the lower ground. The showers are opposite secure lockers for students to safely store their items. The Medical Room is next to the showers on the lower ground.
