Healthy food for all
We believe that the best food is organic, minimally processed, fairly traded, fresh and seasonal. We keep prices low as we believe people of all incomes and backgrounds should have access to healthy food.
We place vegetables as equal stars of the plate as meat and fish. Not only is a balanced diet healthy for you, but it’s also better for the planet, as it uses far less natural resources.
Enabling change
We recognise that it is our responsibility to inspire people to reduce their negative impact upon the environment.
We aim to recycle as much waste generated by our business as we can. When it isn’t possible, we send the waste to waste-to-energy power plants, which feed into the national grid.
