Eligibility requirements

All applicants must be:

  • studying at a UAL Outreach partner school or college in London.

We also recognise that there are other informal education courses, clubs and life experiences that provide excellent equivalent experience outside of schools and colleges. We'll consider applicants from these backgrounds on a case-by-case basis.

We'll consider your application if you meet 1 or more of following criteria:

  • You are currently in or have been in care.
  • You live in a priority postcode area (using the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD), areas in deciles 1 to 4).
  • You live in a household that receives benefits for living costs, including: Universal Credit; Child Tax Credit; Free School Meals; Housing Benefit; Income Support; Income-based Job Seekers Allowance.
  • You have no parent or guardian that has completed a university degree.

For year 10 and 11 students

3 Day Creative Studio

Open to students studying art and design or design and technology at our South London partner schools.

  • immerse yourself in 3 days of study with specialist tutors and technicians from Camberwell College of Arts
  • meet and collaborate with like-minded young creative people from local schools.
  • build knowledge through short talks about contemporary artists
  • show your work in an informal group exhibition to celebrate what you've achieved.

Printmaking: July 2026

Dates: Monday 27–Wednesday 29 July

Location: University of the Arts London, The Hub, 42 Bonar Road, London, SE15 5FB

Discover and practice different print-making techniques including mono-printing, etching and relief printing.
